መዝሙር ፺፯

1. Verse 1.፩

   መዝሙር ፡ ዘዳዊት ። ሰብሕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ስብሐተ ፡ ሐዲሰ ፤ እስመ ፡ መንክረ ፡ ገብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወአድኅኖተ ፡ የማኑ ፡ ወመዝራዕቲሂ ፡ ቅዱስ ።

   A psalm of David. Sing to Yahweh a new song, for Yahweh has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have wrought salvation.

2. Verse 2.፪

   አርአየ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አድኅኖቶ ፤ ወበቅድመ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ከሠተ ፡ ኪዳኖ ።

   Yahweh has made known his salvation; in the sight of the nations he has revealed his covenant.

3. Verse 3.፫

   ወተዘከረ ፡ ሣህሎ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ወጽድቀሂ ፡ ለቤተ ፡ እስራኤል ፤

   And he has remembered his mercy to Jacob and his faithfulness to the house of Israel;

4. Verse 4.፬

   ርእዩ ፡ ኵልክሙ ፡ አጽናፈ ፡ ምድር ፡ አድኅኖቶ ፡ ለአምላክነ ።

   all you ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

5. Verse 5.፭

   የብቡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ምድር ፤ ሰብሑ ፡ ተፈሥሑ ፡ ወዘምሩ ።

   Shout for joy to Yahweh, all the earth; praise, rejoice, and sing.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ዘምሩ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በመሰንቆ ፤ በመሰንቆ፡ ወበቃለ ፡ መዝሙር ። በቀርነ ፡ ዝብጦ ፡ ወበቃለ ፡ ቀርን ፤ የብቡ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ንጉሥ ።

   Sing to Yahweh with the harp, with the harp and the voice of a psalm. With trumpet of beaten metal and the voice of the horn, shout for joy before Yahweh the King.

7. Verse 7.፯

   ወትትከወስ ፡ ባሕር ፡ በምልኣ ፤ ዓለምኒ ፡ ወኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ይነብሩ ፡ ውስቴታ ።

   Let the sea be stirred in its fullness, the world, and all who dwell in it.

8. Verse 8.፰

   ወአፍላግኒ ፡ ይጠፍሑ ፡ እደ ፡ ኅቡረ ፤ አድባርኒ ፡ ይትሐሠዩ ።

   Let the rivers clap their hands together; let the mountains rejoice

9. Verse 9.፱

   እስመ ፡ በህየ ፡ ይኴንና ፡ ለምድር ፤ ወይኴንና ፡ ለዓለም ፡ በጽድቅ ፡ ወለአሕዛብኒ ፡ በርትዕ ።

   for there he judges the earth; and he shall judge the world in righteousness, and the nations with equity.
