መዝሙር ፺፪

1. Verse 1.፩

   በዕለተ ፡ ሰንበት ፡ አመ ፡ ኅድረተ ፡ ምድር ፤ ሰብሐተ ፡ ማኅሌት ፡ ዘዳዊት ። እግዚአብሔር ፡ ነግሠ ፡ ስብሐቲሁ ፡ ለብሰ ፤ ለብሰ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ኀይሎ ፡ ወቀነተ ፤ ወአጽንዓ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ከመ ፡ ኢታንቀልቅል ።

   On the day of the Sabbath, when the earth was inhabited; a song of praise, of David. Yahweh reigns; he has put on his glory; Yahweh has clothed himself with strength and girded himself; and he has established the world that it shall not be moved.

2. Verse 2.፪

   ድልው ፡ መንበርከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ እምትካት ፤ ወእስከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ አንተ ፡ ክመ ።

   Prepared is your throne, O Yahweh, from of old; and unto everlasting you yourself are the same.

3. Verse 3.፫

   አልዐሉ ፡ አፍላግ ፡ እግዚኦ ፤ አልዐሉ ፡ አፍላግ ፡ ቃላቲሆሙ ።

   The rivers have lifted up, O Yahweh; the rivers have lifted up their voices.

4. Verse 4.፬

   [ያሌዕሉ ፡ አፍላግ ፡ ድምፆሙ ።] እምቃለ ፡ ማያት ፡ ብዙኅ ፡ መንክር ፡ ተላህያ ፡ ለባሕር ፤ መንክርሰ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በአርያሙ ።

   [The rivers lift up their roaring.] More than the voice of many waters, marvelous is the surging of the sea; but marvelous is Yahweh in his highest heaven.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ስምዐ ፡ ዚአከ ፡ እሙን ፡ ፈድፋደ ፤ ለቤትከ ፡ ይደሉ ፡ ስብሐት ፤ እግዚኦ ፡ ለነዋኅ ፡ መዋዕል ።

   Your testimonies are exceedingly faithful; holiness befits your house, O Yahweh, unto length of days.
