መዝሙር ፸፬

1. Verse 1.፩

   ፍጹሜ ፡ ኢታማስን ፡ መዝሙር ፡ ዘአሳፍ ፡ ማኅሌት ።

   To the end, do not destroy; a psalm of Asaph, a song.

2. Verse 2.፪

   እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ እግዚኦ እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ ወእጼውዕ ፡ ስመከ ፤

   We confess you, O Yahweh, we confess you, and we call upon your name;

3. Verse 3.፫

   ወእነግር ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ስብሐቲከ ። ሶበ ፡ ረከብኩ ፡ ጊዜሁ ፤ ወአንሰ ፡ ጽድቀ ፡ እኴንን ።

   And I will declare all your praises. When I find the appointed time, I will judge with righteousness.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ተመስወት ፡ ምድር ፡ ወኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ይነብሩ ፡ ውስቴታ ፤ ወአነ ፡ አጽናዕኩ ፡ አዕማዲሃ ።

   The earth was melted away, and all who dwell in it; but I have strengthened her pillars.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ወእቤሎሙ ፡ ላኃጥኣን ፡ ኢየአብሱ ፤ ወእለሂ ፡ ይኤብሱ ፡ ኢያንሥኡ ፡ ቀርኖሙ ።

   And I said to the wicked, Do not transgress; and to those who transgress, Do not lift up your horn.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ወኢያንሥኡ ፤ ቀርኖሙ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አርያም ፤ ወኢይንብቡ ፡ ዐመፃ ፡ ላዕለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።

   And do not lift up your horn against the heights, and do not speak iniquity against Yahweh.

7. Verse 7.፯

   እስመ ፡ ኢእምጽባሕ ፡ ወኢእምዐረብ ፡ ወኢእምአድባረ ፡ ገዳም ፡ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መኰንን ፡ ውእቱ ፤

   For it is not from the east, nor from the west, nor from the desert mountains; for Yahweh is the ruler;

8. Verse 8.፰

   ዘንተ ፡ ያኀስር ፡ ወዘንተ ፡ ያከብር ። እስመ ፡ ጽዋዕ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እደ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወይን ፡ ዘኢኮነ ፡ ቱሱሐ ፡ ዘምሉእ ፡ ቅድሐቱ ፤

   This one he abases, and this one he exalts. For there is a cup in the hand of Yahweh, of unmixed wine, full of its mixture;

9. Verse 9.፱

   ወሶጦ ፡ እምዝንቱ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ዝንቱ ፤ ወባሕቱ ፡ ጣሕሉኒ ፡ ኢይትከዐው ፡ ወይሰትይዎ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ኃጥኣነ ፡ ምድር ።

   And he has poured it out from this into this; yet its dregs have not been emptied out, and all the wicked of the earth shall drink it.

10. Verse 10.፲

    ወአንሰ ፡ እትፌሣሕ ፡ ለዓለም ፤ ወእዜምር ፡ ለአምላከ ፡ ያዕቆብ ።

    But as for me, I will rejoice forever; and I will sing praise to the God of Jacob.

11. Verse 11.፲፩

    ወእሰብር ፡ አቅርንተ ፡ ኃጥኣን ፤ ወይትሌዐል ፡ አቅርንተ ፡ ጻድቃን ።

    And I will break the horns of the wicked; and the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
