መዝሙር ፷፱

1. Verse 1.፩

   ፍጻሜ ፡ ዘዳዊት ፡ በእንተ ፡ ተዝካረ ፡

   To the end. Of David. For a remembrance.

2. Verse 2.፪

   አድኅነኒ ፡ እግዚኦ ። እግዚኦ ፡ ነጽር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ረዲኦትየ ፤ እግዚኦ፡ አፍጥን ፡ ረዳኦትየ ።

   Deliver me, O Yahweh. O Yahweh, look to my help; O Yahweh, hasten to my help.

3. Verse 3.፫

   ይትኀፈሩ ፡ ወይኅሰሩ ፡ እለ ፡ የኀሥዎ ፡ ለነፍስየ ፤ ወይግብኡ ፡ ድኅሬሆሙ ፡ ወይትኀፈሩ ፡ እለ ፡ መከሩ ፡ እኩየ ፡ ላዕሌየ ።

   Let those who seek my soul be confounded and put to shame; and let those who plotted evil against me be turned back and confounded.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ለይግብኡ ፡ ድኅሬሆሙ ፡ በጊዜሃ ፡ ተኀፊሮሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ይብሉኒ ፡ አንቋዕ ፡ አንቋዕ ።

   Let those who say to me, Aha, aha, be turned back at once in their shame.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ለይትፌሥሑ ፡ ወይትሐሠዩ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ እለ ፡ የኀሡከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፤ ወይበሉ ፡ ዘልፈ ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እለ ፡ ይፈቅዱ ፡ አድኅኖተከ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ጊዜ ።

   Let all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you, O Yahweh; and let those who desire your salvation say always, Great is Yahweh, at all times.

6. Verse 6.፮

   አንሰ ፡ ነዳይ ፡ ወምስኪን ፡ አነ ፡ ወእግዚአብሔር ፡ ይረድአኒ ። ረዳእየ ፡ ወምስካይየ ፡ አንተ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ አምላኪየ ፡ ወኢትጐንዲ ።

   But I am poor and needy; and may Yahweh help me. You are my helper and my deliverer, O Yahweh my God; do not delay.
