መዝሙር ፷፮

1. Verse 1.፩

   ፍጻሜ ፡ ስብሐት ፡ መዝሙር ፡ ማኅሌት ፡ዘዳዊት ።

   To the end. A praise. A psalm. A song of David.

2. Verse 2.፪

   እግዚአብሔር ፡ ይባርከነ ፡ ወይሣሀለነ ፤ ወያርኡ ፡ ገጾ ፡ ላዕሌነ ፡ ወንሕዩ ።

   May Yahweh bless us and have mercy on us; and make his face shine upon us, that we may live;

3. Verse 3.፫

   ከመ ፡ ናእምር ፡ በምድር ፡ ፍኖተከ ፤ ወበኵሉ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ አድኅኖተከ ።

   that we may know your way upon the earth; and your salvation among all nations.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ይገንዩ ፡ ለከ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ እግዚኦ ፤ ይገንዩ ፡ ለከ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ኵሎሙ ።

   Let the peoples be subject to you, O Yahweh; let all the peoples be subject to you.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ይትፌሥሑ ፡ ወይትሐሠዩ ፡ አሕዛብ ፤ እስመ ፡ ትኴንኖሙ ፡ ለአሕዛብ ፡ በርትዕ ፡ ወትመርሖሙ ፡ ለአሕዛብ ፡ በምድር ።

   Let the nations be glad and rejoice; for you judge the peoples in uprightness, and you lead the peoples upon the earth.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ይገንዩ ፡ ለከ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ እግዚኦ ፤ ይገንዩ ፡ ለከ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ኵሎሙ ።

   Let the peoples be subject to you, O Yahweh; let all the peoples be subject to you.

7. Verse 7.፯

   ምድርኒ ፡ ወሀበት ፡ ፍሬሃ ፤ ወይባርከነ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አምላክነ ።

   The earth also has given its fruit; and Yahweh, our God, shall bless us.

8. Verse 8.፰

   ወይባርከነ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ወይፍርህዎ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ አጽናፈ ፡ ምድር ።

   And Yahweh shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
