መዝሙር ፵፱

1. Verse 1.፩

   ፍጻሜ ፡ ዘደቂቀ ፡ ቆሬ ፡ መዝሙር ፡ ዘአሳፍ ። አምላከ ፡ አማልክት ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ነበበ ፡ ወጸውዓ ፡ ለምድር ፤ እምሥራቀ ፡ ፀሓይ ፡ እስከነ ፡ ዐረብ ።

   To the end. Of the sons of Korah. A psalm of Asaph. The God of gods, Yahweh, has spoken and called the earth, from the rising of the sun to its setting.

2. Verse 2.፪

   ወእምጽዮን ፡ ሥነ ፡ ስብሐቲሁ ፡ እግዚአብሔርሰ ፡ ገሀደ ፡ ይመጽእ ፡

   And out of Zion is the beauty of his glory; Yahweh shall come openly,

3. Verse 3.፫

   ወአምላክነሂ ፡ ኢያረምም ፤ እሳት ፡ ይነድድ ፡ ቅድሜሁ ፡ ወዐውድዶሂ ፡ ዐውሎ ፡ ብዙኅ ።

   and our God shall not keep silent; a fire shall burn before him, and round about him a great tempest.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ይጼውዓ ፡ ለሰማይ ፡ በላዕሉ ፤ ወለምድርኒ ፡ ከመ ፡ ይኰንን ፡ ሕዝቦ ።

   He shall call to the heaven above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people:

5. Verse 5.፭

   አስተጋብኡ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ ጻድቃኑ ፤ እለ ፡ ይገብሩ ፡ መሥዋዕተ ፡ ዘበሕጉ ።

   Gather to him his righteous ones, those who offer sacrifice according to his law.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ይነግራ ፡ ሰማያት ፡ ጽድቀ ፡ ዚአሁ ፤ እስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ መኰንን ፡ ውእቱ ።

   The heavens shall declare his righteousness; for Yahweh is judge.

7. Verse 7.፯

   ስምዐኒ ፡ ሕዝብየ ፡ ወእንግርከ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ወኣሰምዕ ፡ ለከ ፤ አምላክከሰ ፡ አምላክ ፡ አነ ፡ ውእቱ ።

   Hear me, my people, and I will speak to you, O Israel, and I will testify to you: I am God, your God.

8. Verse 8.፰

   አኮ ፡ በእንተ ፡ መሥዋዕትከ ፡ ዘእዛለፈከ ፤ ወቍርባንከኒ ፡ ቅድሜየ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ጊዜ ።

   It is not for your sacrifices that I reprove you; for your offerings are before me at all times.

9. Verse 9.፱

   ኢይነሥእ ፡ አልህምተ ፡ እምቤትከ ፤ ወኢሐራጊት ፡ እመርዔትከ ።

   I will not take bulls from your house, nor he-goats from your flocks.

10. Verse 10.፲

    እስመ ፡ ዚአየ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ አራዊት ፡ ዘገዳም ፤ እንስሳ ፡ ገዳምኒ ፡ ወአልህምት ።

    For mine are all the beasts of the field, the animals of the wilderness, and the cattle.

11. Verse 11.፲፩

    ወኣአምር ፡ ኵሎ ፡ አዕዋፈ ፡ ሰማይ ፤ ወሥነ ፡ ገዳምኒ ፡ ኀቤየ ፡ ሀሎ ።

    And I know all the birds of the heaven, and the beauty of the field is with me.

12. Verse 12.፲፪

    እመኒ ፡ ርኀብኩ ፡ ኢይስእለከ ፤ እስመ ፡ ዚአየ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ዓለም ፡ በምልኡ ።

    If I were hungry, I would not ask you; for mine is the whole world in its fullness.

13. Verse 13.፲፫

    ኢይበልዕ ፡ ሥጋ ፡ ላህም ፤ ወኢይሰቲ ፡ ደመ ፡ ጠሊ ።

    I do not eat the flesh of bulls, nor do I drink the blood of goats.

14. Verse 14.፲፬

    ሡዕ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ መሥዋዕተ ፡ ስብሐት ፤ ወሀቦ ፡ ለልዑል ፡ ጸሎተከ ።

    Sacrifice to Yahweh a sacrifice of praise, and pay to the Most High your vows.

15. Verse 15.፲፭

    ትጼውዐኒ ፡ በዕለተ ፡ መንዳቤከ ፡ ኣድኅነከ ፡ ወታአኵተኒ ።

    Call upon me in the day of your trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.

16. Verse 16.፲፮

    ወለኃጥእሰ ፡ ይቤሎ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለምንት ፡ ለከ ፡ ትነግር ፡ ሕግየ ፤ ወትነሥእ ፡ በአፉከ ፡ ሥርዕትየ ።

    But to the sinner Yahweh says: Why do you recount my law, and take up my statutes in your mouth?

17. Verse 17.፲፯

    ወአንተሰ ፡ ጸላእከ ፡ ተግሣጽየ ፤ ወአግባእከ ፡ ድኅሬከ ፡ ቃልየ ።

    But you have hated my instruction, and have cast my words behind you.

18. Verse 18.፲፰

    እመኒ ፡ ርኢከ ፡ ሰራቄ ፡ ትረውጽ ፡ ምስሌሁ ፤ ወረሰይከ ፡ መክፈልተከ ፡ ምስለ ፡ ዘማውያን ።

    If you saw a thief, you ran with him; and you set your portion with adulterers.

19. Verse 19.፲፱

    አፉከ ፡ አብዝኃ ፡ ለእኪት ፤ ወልሳንከ ፡ ፀፈራ ፡ ለሕብል ።

    Your mouth multiplied evil, and your tongue wove deceit.

20. Verse 20.፳

    ትነብር ፡ ወተሐምዮ ፡ ለእኁከ ፤ ወአንበርከ ፡ ዕቅፍተ ፡ ለወልደ ፡ እምከ ።

    You sat and slandered your brother; and you set a stumbling block against the son of your mother.

21. Verse 21.፳፩

    ዝንተ ፡ ገቢረክ ፡ አርመምኩ ፡ ለከ ፡ አደመተከኒ ፡ ኀጢአት ፡ ሐዘብከኑ ፡ እኩን ፡ ከማከ ፤ እዛለፍከኑ ፡ ወእቁም ፡ ቅድመ ፡ ገጽከ ።

    These things you did, and I kept silent; you supposed, in iniquity, that I would be like you; I will reprove you, and I will stand before your face.

22. Verse 22.፳፪

    ለብዉ ፡ ዘንተ ፤ ኵልክሙ ፡ እለ ፡ ትረስዕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፤ ወእመአኮሰ ፡ ይመስጥ ፡ ወአልቦ ፡ ዘያድኅን ።

    Understand this, all you who forget Yahweh, lest he seize you, and there be none to deliver.

23. Verse 23.፳፫

    መሥዋዕት ፡ ክብርት ፡ ትሴብሐኒ ፤ ህየ ፡ ፍኖት ፡ እንተ ፡ ባቲ ፡ አርአየ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ አድኅኖቶ ።

    A sacrifice of praise glorifies me; there is the way by which I will show him the salvation of Yahweh.
