መዝሙር ፳፰

1. Verse 1.፩

   መዝሙር ፡ ዘዳዊት ፡ ዘበፀአተ ፡ ትዕይንት ። አምጽኡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ውሉደ ፡ አማልክት ፤ አምጽኡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እጓለ ፡ ሐራጊት ፤

   A Psalm of David, at the going forth of the tabernacle. Bring to Yahweh, O sons of God; bring to Yahweh the offspring of rams;

2. Verse 2.፪

   አምጽኡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ክብረ ፡ ወስብሐተ ። አምጽኡ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ስብሐተ ፡ ለስሙ ፤ ስግዱ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በዐጸደ ፡ መቅደሱ ።

   Bring to Yahweh glory and praise. Bring to Yahweh praise for his name; bow down to Yahweh in the court of his sanctuary.

3. Verse 3.፫

   ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ መየት ። አምላከ ፡ ስብሐት ፡ አንጐድጐደ ፤ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ላዕለ ፡ ማያት ፡ ብዙኅ ።

   The voice of Yahweh is upon the waters. The God of glory has thundered; Yahweh is upon the many waters.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በኀይል ፤ ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በዐቢይ ፡ ስብሐት ።

   The voice of Yahweh is in power; the voice of Yahweh is in great majesty.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ይቀጠቅጥ ፡ አርዘ ፤ ወይቀጠቅጦ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለአርዘ ፡ ሊባኖስ ።

   The voice of Yahweh shatters the cedars; and Yahweh shatters the cedars of Lebanon.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ወያደገድጎ ፡ ከመ ፡ ላህመ ፡ ለሊባኖስ ፤ ወፍቁርሰ ፡ ከመ ፡ ወልድ ፡ ዘአሐዱ ፡ ቀርኑ ።

   And he makes Lebanon skip like a calf; and the beloved one like the son of a unicorn [the one-horned one].

7. Verse 7.፯

   ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ይመትር ፡ ነደ ፡ እሳት ።

   The voice of Yahweh divides the flame of fire.

8. Verse 8.፰

   ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ያድለቀልቆ ፡ ለገዳም ፤ ወያድለቀልቆ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሐቅለ ፡ ቃዴስ ።

   The voice of Yahweh shakes the wilderness; and Yahweh shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

9. Verse 9.፱

   ቃለ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ያጸንዖሙ ፡ ለኀየላት ፤ ወይከሥት ፡ አዕዋመ ፤ ወበጽርሑ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ይብል ፡ ስብሐት ።

   The voice of Yahweh strengthens the harts [deer]; and uncovers the forests; and in his temple everyone says, Glory.

10. Verse 10.፲

    እግዚአብሔር ፡ ያስተጋብኦ ፡ ለማየ ፡ አይኅ ፤ ወይነብር ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወይነግሥ ፡ ለዓለም ።

    Yahweh gathers the waters of the flood; and Yahweh sits enthroned, and reigns forever.

11. Verse 11.፲፩

    ወይሁቦሙ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ኀይል ፡ ለሕዝቡ ፤ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ይባርኮሙ ፡ ለሕዝቡ ፡ በሰላም ።

    And Yahweh gives strength to his people; Yahweh blesses his people with peace.
