መዝሙር ፻፵፱

1. Verse 1.፩

   ሀሌሉያ ። ሰብሕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ ስብሐተ ፡ ሐዲሰ ፤ ስብሐቲሁ ፡ በማኅበረ ፡ ጻድቃኑ ።

   Hallelujah. Sing to Yahweh a new song; his praise in the assembly of his righteous ones.

2. Verse 2.፪

   ይትፌሣሕ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ በፈጣሪሁ ፤ ወደቂቀ ፡ ጽዮን ፡ ይትሐሠዩ ፡ በንጉሦሙ ።

   Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; and let the children of Zion be glad in their king.

3. Verse 3.፫

   ወይሴብሑ ፡ ለስሙ ፡ በትፍሥሕት ፤ በከብሮ ፡ ወበመዝሙር ፡ ይዜምሩ ፡ ሎቱ ።

   And let them praise his name with rejoicing; with the timbrel and with the harp let them make music to him.

4. Verse 4.፬

   እስመ ፡ ሠምረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ በሕዝብ ፤ ወያሌዕሎሙ ፡ ለየዋሃን ፡ በአድኅኖቱ ።

   For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people; and he exalts the meek with his salvation.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ይትሜክሑ ፡ ጻድቃን ፡ በክብሩ ፤ ወይትሐሠዩ ፡ በዲበ ፡ ምስካቢሆሙ ።

   Let the righteous glory in his honor; and let them rejoice upon their beds.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ወያሌዕልዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ በጐራዒቶሙ ፤ ሰይፍ ፡ ዘክልኤ ፡ አፉሁ ፡ ውስተ ፡ እደዊሆሙ ።

   And let them exalt Yahweh with their throats; a two-edged sword in their hands,

7. Verse 7.፯

   ከመ ፡ ይግበር ፡ በቀለ ፡ ውስተ ፡ አሕዛብ ፤ ወከመ ፡ ይዛለፎሙ ፡ ለአሕዛብ ።

   to execute vengeance upon the nations; and to rebuke the peoples;

8. Verse 8.፰

   ከመ ፡ ይእሥሮሙ ፡ ለነገሥቶሙ ፡ በመዋቅሕት ፤ ወለክቡራኒሆሙኒ ፡ በእደ ፡ ሰናስለ ፡ ኀጺን ።

   to bind their kings with fetters; and their honored ones with chains of iron;

9. Verse 9.፱

   ከመ ፡ ይግብር ፡ ኵነኔ ፡ ዘጽሑፍ ፡ ላዕሌሆሙ ፡ ክብር ፡ ይእቲ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ጻድቃኑ ።

   to execute upon them the judgment that is written. This honor belongs to all his righteous ones.
