መዝሙር ፻፵፰

1. Verse 1.፩

   ሀሌሉያ ፡ ዘሐጌ ፡ ወዘዘካርያስ ። ሰብሕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እምሰማያት ፤ ይሴብሕዎ ፡ በአርያም ።

   Hallelujah, of Haggai and Zechariah. Praise Yahweh from the heavens; praise him in the heights.

2. Verse 2.፪

   ይሴብሕዎ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ መላእክቲሁ ፤ ይሴብሕዎ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ኀይሉ ።

   Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his host.

3. Verse 3.፫

   ይሴብሕዎ ፡ ፀሓይ ፡ ወወርኅ ፤ ይሴብሕዎ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ከዋክብት ፡ ወብርሃን ።

   Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all stars and light.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ይሴብሕዎ ፡ ሰማያተ ፡ ሰማያት ፤ ወማይኒ ፡ ዘመልዕልተ ፡ ሰማያት ።

   Praise him, you heavens of heavens; and you waters that are above the heavens.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ይሴብሕዎ ፡ ለስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ እስመ ፡ ውእቱ ፡ ይቤ ፡ ወኮኑ ፡ ወውእቱ ፡ አዘዘ ፡ ወተፈጥሩ ።

   Let them praise the name of Yahweh; for he spoke and they came to be, and he commanded and they were created.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ወአቀሞሙ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ ወለዓለመ ፡ ዓለም ፤ ትእዛዘ ፡ ወሀቦሙ ፡ ወኢኀለፉ ።

   And he established them forever and unto ages of ages; he gave them a decree, and they did not pass away.

7. Verse 7.፯

   ሰብሕዎ ፡ ለእግዚአብሔር ፡ እምድር ፤ አክይስትኒ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ ቀላያት ።

   Praise Yahweh from the earth, you sea-monsters and all the deeps;

8. Verse 8.፰

   እሳት ፡ ወበረድ ፡ አስሐትያ ፡ ወሐመዳ ፤ መንፈሰ ፡ ዐውሎ ፡ ዘይገብር ፡ ነቢቦ ።

   fire and hail, snow and ice; the wind of the storm that fulfills his word;

9. Verse 9.፱

   አድባርኒ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ አውግር ፤ ዕፀውኒ ፡ ዘይፈሪ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ አርዝ ።

   the mountains and all the hills; the fruit-bearing trees and all cedars;

10. Verse 10.፲

    አራዊትኒ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ እንስሳ ፤ ዘይትሐወስኒ ፡ ወአዕዋፍ ፡ ዘይሠርር ።

    the wild beasts and all cattle; the creeping things and the birds that fly;

11. Verse 11.፲፩

    ነገሥተ ፡ ምድርኒ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ አሕዛብ ፤ መላእክትኒ ፡ ወኵሉ ፡ መኳንንተ ፡ ምድር ።

    the kings of the earth and all peoples; the rulers and all the judges of the earth;

12. Verse 12.፲፪

    ወራዙትኒ ፡ ወደናግል ፤ ሊቃናትኒ ፡ ወመሐዛት ።

    the young men and the maidens; the elders and the young together.

13. Verse 13.፲፫

    ይሰብሑ ፡ ለስመ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ እስመ ፡ ተለዐለ ፡ ስሙ ፡ ለባሕቲቱ ፤ ይገንዩ ፡ ሎቱ ፡ በሰማይ ፡ ወበምድር ።

    Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for his name alone is exalted; let them give thanks to him in heaven and on earth.

14. Verse 14.፲፬

    ወያሌዕል ፡ ቀርነ ፡ ሕዝቡ ፡ ወስብሐተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ጻድቃኑ ፤ ለደቂቀ ፡ እስራኤል ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ዘቅሩብ ፡ ሎቱ ።

    And he exalts the horn of his people, and the praise of all his righteous ones; for the children of Israel, the people near to him.
