መዝሙር ፲፬

1. Verse 1.፩

   መዝሙር ፡ ዘዳዊት ። እግዚኦ ፡ መኑ ፡ ይኀድር ፡ ውስተ ፡ ጽላሎትከ ፤ ወመኑ ፡ ያጸልል ፡ ውስተ ፡ ደብረ ፡ መቅድስከ ።

   A psalm of David. O Yahweh, who shall dwell in your tabernacle? And who shall abide on your holy mountain?

2. Verse 2.፪

   ዘየሐውር ፡ በንጹሕ ፡ ወይገብር ፡ ጽድቀ ፤ ወዘይነብብ ፡ ጽድቀ ፡ በልቡ ።

   He who walks in purity and does righteousness; and who speaks truth in his heart;

3. Verse 3.፫

   ወዘኢጓሕለወ ፡ በልሳኑ ፡ ወዘኢገብረ ፡ እኩየ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ቢጹ ፤ ወዘኢያጽአለ ፡ አዝማዲሁ ።

   and who has not deceived with his tongue, and has done no evil to his fellow, and has not reproached his kinsmen;

4. Verse 4.፬

   ወዘምኑን ፡ በቅድሜሁ ፡ እኩይ ፡ ወዘያከብሮሙ ፡ ለፈራህያነ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ዘይምሕል ፡ ለቢጹ ፡ ወኢይሔሱ ።

   and in whose sight the evildoer is despised, but who honors those who fear Yahweh; who swears to his neighbor and does not break faith;

5. Verse 5.፭

   ወዘኢለቅሐ ፡ ወርቆ ፡ በርዴ ፡ ወዘኢነሥአ ፡ ሕልያነ ፡ በላዕለ ፡ ንጹሕ ፤ ዘይገብር ፡ ከመዝ ፡ ኢይትሀወክ ፡ ለዓለም ።

   and who has not lent his money at interest, and has not taken a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be shaken.
