መዝሙር ፻፴፯

1. Verse 1.፩

   ዘዳዊት ። እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ልብየ ፡ በቅድመ ፡ መላእክቲከ ፡ እዜምር ፡ ለከ ፤ እስመ ፡ ሰማዕከኒ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ቃለ ፡ አፉየ ።

   Of David. I give thanks to you, O Yahweh, with all my heart; before your angels I will sing to you, for you have heard all the words of my mouth.

2. Verse 2.፪

   ወእሰግድ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ጽርሐ ፡ መቅደስከ ፡ ወእገኒ ፡ ለስምከ ፤ በምሕረትከ ፡ ወበጽድቅከ ፤ እስመ ፡ ኣዕበይከ ፡ ዲበ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ስመከ ፡ ቅዱሰ ።

   And I will bow down toward the temple of your sanctuary, and I will give thanks to your name for your mercy and for your righteousness, because you have magnified your holy name above all things.

3. Verse 3.፫

   አመ ፡ ዕለተ ፡ እጼውዐከ ፡ ፍጡነ ፡ ስምዐኒ ፤ ብዙኀ ፡ አጽናዕካ ፡ ለነፍስየ ፡ በኀይልከ ።

   On the day when I call upon you, answer me quickly; greatly have you strengthened my soul with your power.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ይገንዩ ፡ ለከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ ኵሎሙ ፡ ነገሥተ ፡ ምድር ፤ እስመ ፡ ሰምዑ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ቃለ ፡ አፉከ ።

   Let all the kings of the earth give thanks to you, O Yahweh, for they have heard all the words of your mouth.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ወየኀልዩ ፡ በስብሐተ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ እስመ ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ ክቡረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።

   And let them sing of the glory of Yahweh, for great and honored is Yahweh.

6. Verse 6.፮

   እስመ ፡ ልዑል ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወይሬኢ ፡ ዘበታሕቱ ፤ ወለነዋኅኒ ፡ እምርሑቅ ፡ ያአምሮ ።

   For Yahweh is exalted, and he beholds the lowly things, and the lofty he knows from afar.

7. Verse 7.፯

   እመኒ ፡ ሖርኩ ፡ ማእከለ ፡ ምንዳቤ ፡ አንተ ፡ ታሐይወኒ ፤ ዲበ ፡ መዐተ ፡ አሕዛብ ፡ ሰፋሕከ ፡ እደውየ ። ወአድኀነኒ ፡ የማንከ ።

   Even if I walk in the midst of tribulation, you keep me alive; against the wrath of the nations you have stretched out my hands, and your right hand has saved me.

8. Verse 8.፰

   እግዚአብሔር ፡ ይትቤቀል ፡ ሊተ ፤ እግዚኦ ፡ ሣህልከ ፡ ለዓለም ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ ተግባረ ፡ እደዊከ ፡ ኢትትሀየድ ።

   Yahweh will requite it for me; O Yahweh, your mercy is forever; O Yahweh, do not forsake the works of your hands.
