መዝሙር ፻፲

1. Verse 1.፩

   ሀሌሉያ ። እገኒ ፡ ለከ ፡ እግዚኦ ፡ በኵሉ ፡ ልብየ ፤ በምክረ ፡ ራትዓን ፡ ወበማኅበር ።

   Hallelujah. I confess you, O Yahweh, with my whole heart, in the counsel of the upright and in the congregation.

2. Verse 2.፪

   ዐቢይ ፡ ግብረ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፤ ወትትኀሠሥ ፡ ውስተ ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ፈቃዱ ።

   Great are the works of Yahweh; and they are sought out in all his good pleasure.

3. Verse 3.፫

   አሚን ፡ ወዕበየ ፡ ስብሐት ፡ ምግባሩ ፤ ወጽድቁኒ ፡ ይነብር ፡ ለዓለም ።

   His work is faithfulness and the greatness of glory; and his righteousness abides forever.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ተዝካረ ፡ ገብረ ፡ ለስብሐቲሁ ፤ መሓሪ ፡ ወመስተሣህል ፡ እግዚአብሔር ።

   He has made a memorial of his glorious works; merciful and compassionate is Yahweh.

5. Verse 5.፭

   ወወሀቦሙ ፡ ሲሳዮሙ ፡ ለእለ ፡ ይፈርህዎ ፤ ወተዘከረ ፡ ኪዳኖ ፡ ዘለዓለም ።

   And he has given their sustenance to those who fear him; and he has remembered his covenant forever.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ወአርአዮሙ ፡ ለሕዝቡ ፡ ኀይለ ፡ ምግባሩ ፤ ከመ ፡ የሀቦሙ ፡ ርስተ ፡ ዘአሕዛብ ።

   And he has shown his people the power of his works, that he might give them the inheritance of the nations.

7. Verse 7.፯

   ግብረ ፡ እደዊሁ ፡ ጽድቅ ፡ ወርትዕ ፤ ወእሙን ፡ ኵሉ ፡ ትእዛዙ ።

   The works of his hands are righteousness and truth; and all his commandments are faithful,

8. Verse 8.፰

   ወጽኑዕ ፡ ለዓለመ ፡ ዓለም ፤ ወግቡር ፡ በጽድቅ ፡ ወበርትዕ ።

   and steadfast forever and ever, done in righteousness and in truth.

9. Verse 9.፱

   መድኀኒተ ፡ ፈነወ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ለሕዝቡ ፡ ወአዘዘ ፡ ሥርዐቶ ፡ ዘለዓለም ፤ ቅዱስ ፡ ወግሩም ፡ ስመ ፡ ዚአሁ ።

   Yahweh sent salvation to his people, and commanded his statute forever; holy and awesome is his name.

10. Verse 10.፲

    ቀዳሚሃ ፡ ለጥበብ ፡ ፈሪሀ ፡ እግዚአብሔር ፡ ወምክር ፡ ሠናይት ፡ ለኵሉ ፡ ዘይገብራ ፤ ወስብሐቲሁኒ ፡ ይነብር ፡ ለዓለም ።

    The beginning of wisdom is the fear of Yahweh, and good understanding to all who practice it; and his glory abides forever.
