1. Verse 1.፩

   ወኮነ ፡ እምዝ ፡ እንዘ ፡ ፈጸመ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ሐነጸ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚእብሔር ፡ ወቤተ ፡ ንጉሥ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ፈታዌ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ዘተፈተወ ፡ ለገቢር ✣

   And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished building the house of Yahweh and the king's house and all the desire of Solomon which he desired to do,

2. Verse 2.፪

   ወአስተርአዮ ፡ እግዚእብሔር ፡ ለሰሎሞን ፡ ካዕበ ፡ ዘከመ ፡ አስተርአዮ ፡ በገባዖን ✣

   And Yahweh appeared to Solomon a second time, as he had appeared at Gibeon.

3. Verse 3.፫

   ወይቤሎ ፡ እግዚእብሔር ፡ ሰማዕኩ ፡ ጸሎተከ ፡ ወጸሎተከ ፡ ዘጸለይከ ፡ ቅድመይ ፡ ወአነ ፡ ቀደስኩ ፡ ዘንተ ፡ ቤተ ፡ ዘአንተ ፡ ሐነጽከ ፡ ለአንብሮ ፡ ስምየ ፡ ወህየ ፡ እከውን ፡ ኵሎ ፡ መዋዕለ ፡ ዘልፈ ✣

   And Yahweh said to him: I have heard your prayer and your supplication which you prayed before me; and I have consecrated this house which you have built, to put my name there forever; and my eyes and my heart shall be there all the days.

4. Verse 4.፬

   ወአንተሰ ፡ እመ ፡ ሐለፍከ ፡ ቅድመይ ፡ በዕረቅ ፡ ወበቅንዓት ፡ ከመ ፡ አቡከ ፡ ዳዊት ፡ ወገበርከ ፡ ኵሎ ፡ ዘአዘዝኩከ ✣

   And as for you, if you walk before me as your father David walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, and do according to all that I commanded you,

5. Verse 5.፭

   ወአነ ፡ አቀውም ፡ ወልደከ ፡ ዲበ ፡ መንበረ ፡ ንጉሥከ ፡ እስከ ፡ ዓለም ፡ ከመ ፡ አቡከ ፡ ዳዊት ✣

   And I will establish your son upon your throne of kingship, as your father David, forever.

6. Verse 6.፮

   ወእመ ፡ ሐለፍከ ፡ ወአንተ ፡ ወውሉድከ ፡ እምድኅሬየ ፡ ወኢትዕቀቡ ፡ ትእዛዝየ ፡ ወትእዛዛትየ ፡ ዘአዘዝኩከሙ ✣

   And if you turn aside, you and your sons, from before me, and do not keep my commandments and my statutes which I commanded you,

7. Verse 7.፯

   ወእከውን ፡ ለእስራኤል ፡ ለፀዋጊ ፡ ወለተዐውቂ ✣

   And [this house] will become for Israel a byword and a proverb.

8. Verse 8.፰

   ወዝንቱ ፡ ቤት ፡ ይከውን ፡ ለድንጋግ ✣

   And this house will become a heap of ruins.

9. Verse 9.፱

   ወኵሉ ፡ ዘአንተ ፡ ተጓዕዝከ ፡ ይከውን ፡ ለተዐውቂ ፡ ወለተንቀፍት ✣

   And all who pass by you will become a proverb and a byword.

10. Verse 10.፲

    ወኮነ ፡ እምዝ ፡ እምተፈጸመ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ሐነጸ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚእብሔር ✣

    And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished building the house of Yahweh,

11. Verse 11.፲፩

    ወወሀቦ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ለኪራም ፡ ዕሥራ ፡ ሀገረ ፡ በገሊላ ✣

    And Solomon gave to Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee.

12. Verse 12.፲፪

    ወይቤ ፡ ኪራም ፡ ምንት ፡ እሙንቱ ፡ ሀገር ፡ ዘወሀበኒ ፡ አንተ ✣

    And Hiram said: What are these cities which you have given me, my brother?

13. Verse 13.፲፫

    ወጸውዖን ፡ ከቡል ፡ እስከ ፡ ዛቲ ፡ ዕለት ✣

    And he called them Cabul to this day.

14. Verse 14.፲፬

    ወአንበረ ፡ ኪራም ፡ ለሰሎሞን ፡ በወርቅ ፡ ምእተ ፡ ወ፳ ፡ ኪሩብ ✣

    And Hiram gave to Solomon gold, one hundred and twenty talents.

15. Verse 15.፲፭

    ወዝንቱ ፡ ነገር ፡ ዘአንበረ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ለኪራም ✣

    And this is the matter which Solomon gave to Hiram.

16. Verse 16.፲፮

    ወአንበረ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ግብረ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚእብሔር ✣

    And Solomon gave work, and all the work of the house of Yahweh.

17. Verse 17.፲፯

    ወዝንቱ ፡ ነገር ፡ ዘአንበረ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ለኪራም ✣

    And this is the matter which Solomon gave to Hiram.

18. Verse 18.፲፰

    ወአንበረ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ግብረ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ቤተ ፡ እግዚእብሔር ✣

    And Solomon gave work, and all the work of the house of Yahweh.

19. Verse 19.፲፱

    ወአንበረ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ግብረ ፡ ወኵሎ ፡ ግብረ ፡ ቤተ ፡ ንጉሥ ✣

    And Solomon gave work, and all the work of the king's house.

20. Verse 20.፳

    ወኵሉ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ዘተረፈ ፡ እምአሞሬዎን ፡ ወእምከናናውያን ✣

    And all the people who remained from the Amorites and from the Canaanites,

21. Verse 21.፳፩

    ወእለ ፡ እምውሉደ ፡ እስራኤል ✣

    And those who were from the children of Israel,

22. Verse 22.፳፪

    ወአንበረ ፡ ሰሎሞን ፡ ለኪራም ፡ በወርቅ ፡ ምእተ ፡ ወ፳ ፡ ኪሩብ ✣

    And Solomon gave to Hiram gold, one hundred and twenty talents.
